The Kurt Vonnegut Museum & Library (KVML) is as unique as the writer and artist who inspired it. Kurt was a native Indy Hoosier, to which his entire family played large roles in the city in the late 19th - early 20th centuries.

The ISO (Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra) was est. 1930, and plays most of their concerts at the beautiful Hilbert Circle Theater downtown on Monument Circle.

As baseball is America's pastime, it's no surprise that Indy is home to one of the best Minor League teams in the U.S., est. 1902.
They play at Victory Field, a fantastic site for games with a beautiful view of downtown Indy. Most games have fireworks, too!

They're primary support comes from the enthusiastic fans in the Brickyard Battalion, est. 2011 to bring soccer to Indy. Waive the scarves!

Within the various bodies of Freemasonry you can always find a team to join in the numerous tournaments throughout the state, held annually.
One of the top 15 marathons in the U.S., the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon takes place every Fall in downtown Indy.
The Indy Fuel Hockey team was est. 2013, following the previous minor league hockey team The Indianapolis Ice, 1988-2004. Their home is the Coliseum ice rink at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
The Scottish Society of Indianapolis hosts an annual Scottish festival and Highland Games competition, at the German American Club of Indianapolis, on the SE side of town.
The Indianapolis Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) is the premier club in town for the sports of hurling, Gaelic football, and camogie, est. 2005.
The Indianapolis Polo Club at Hickory Hall is the premier team for The Sport of Kings! While no longer played in the Olympics this ancient sport of equestrian mastery and grace, provides great entertainment for the whole family.
